Project pricings are estimated on a per project basis (as opposed to an hourly basis) after thoroughly reviewing a client's needs and estimating the billable hours needed to complete the project.  The main advantage this provides our clients is the ability to accurately predict the cost of a project and not be surprised by a huge bill at the end.  As long as the scope of the work does not change - if we end up spending more time than estimated - then that is on our shoulders and we stick with the originally price we quoted.

Previous clients have been very happy with this arrangement as it ensures they can properly forecast their maximum costs and it also helps us to stay on track with our per task breakdown.

Our regular billable hours range from $100 to $150 depending on the types of services required.  Broadly speaking, custom designed web sites range in the $3,000 to $10,000 range while customized e-commerce solutions range between $4,000 to $30,000 - all depending on requirements, complexity, and urgency. 

Partial payment is required once a project proposal detailing the requirements and project scope is created and before development can begin. Final payment is required before a project can go to production. For larger projects, milestone payments can be arranged.

30 days of support are included after a new project is delivered, but beyond that customers must subscribe to a support agreement for ongoing support.  For small to medium projects, two support options are available - larger or more complex projects have customized support plans.
